Usually you think of lower back pain or spinal stenosis when you think of chiropractic. But it also helps with things like migraine headaches, neck and shoulder pain, ligament damage, knee injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, and infantile colic.

Is chiropractic “Safe”?

Chiropractic practice is extremely safe. Additionally, your doctor will want to know about family history, your diet, exercise history, previous injuries, and other care you might have received. Gathering this information will help your doctor make a diagnosis.

A physical examination will be performed, and your doctor may order tests such as x-rays, laboratory analysis, and other tests that are deemed necessary.

How long will it take?

Everyone is different. It will depend on the amount of damage, the amount of time you have been experiencing a problem, and the severity of the pain. Some people may feel resolution in as little as two weeks, or your care may extend for months.

The first appointment will last up to 1 ½ hours, but subsequent appointments may be only a few minutes (if you only receive an adjustment) to an hour (if you also receive a massage or other physio-therapy.

spinal decompression therapy

Spinal decompression is a non-surgical treatment that gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on discs and nerves. It’s highly effective for herniated discs, sciatica, and chronic back pain. Every patient is different, but most people see improvement after just a few sessions. A typical treatment plan lasts 4–6 weeks for lasting results.

Auto accident & personal injury treatment

Even minor accidents can cause hidden injuries like whiplash, disc damage, or soft tissue injuries that may not show symptoms right away. A chiropractor identifies and treats these issues before they become long-term problems. We regularly partner with top Nashville attorneys to fully document your injuries, ensuring your health and your legal case are both protected.

chiropractic adjustments

A chiropractic adjustment is a gentle, precise movement that restores proper alignment to your spine and joints. This helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote natural healing.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy

Deep tissue laser therapy is effective for reducing inflammation and speeding recovery from conditions like muscle strains, joint pain, arthritis, and sports injuries.

Most patients feel a soothing warmth during treatment, and many experience immediate pain relief after the session.

Joint Pain

Joint pain can result from arthritis, injury, overuse, or poor alignment. Left untreated, it can limit mobility and lead to long-term stiffness.

By restoring proper alignment and improving joint function, chiropractic care reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and helps prevent further damage.

Back Pain

Poor posture, stress, injuries, or disc problems are common causes of back pain. It affects nearly 80% of adults at some point in their lives.

We use spinal adjustments, decompression therapy, and laser therapy to target the root cause of pain — offering safe, drug-free relief.

Knee Pain

Knee pain is often caused by osteoarthritis, sports injuries, or wear and tear from everyday movement. By improving alignment and reducing inflammation with treatments like laser therapy and targeted adjustments, many patients avoid surgery and regain mobility.

Herniated Disc

Symptoms may include sharp back or neck pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness in the arms or legs. Spinal decompression gently relieves pressure on the disc, allowing it to heal naturally. Combined with chiropractic adjustments, it often prevents the need for invasive surgery.

Sciatica

Sciatica is nerve pain that radiates from the lower back down one or both legs, usually caused by compression of the sciatic nerve.

Treatments like decompression and adjustments reduce pressure on the sciatic nerve, easing pain and restoring mobility without medications.

Spinal Stenosis

Spinal stenosis occurs when the spaces within your spine narrow, putting pressure on the spinal cord and nerves. It often leads to pain, numbness, or weakness. Many patients find relief through chiropractic care, spinal decompression, and laser therapy, which reduce pressure and inflammation to improve quality of life.
